The Pawtopia day care centres are a place for friendly, social dogs. We do not attempt to be a training camp or behaviour centre but we do our best to try and instil any training or correct any bad behaviour whilst your dog is with us.
However, if you are looking to improve your general training or have some behavioural issues then we have some qualified individuals that can help assist with one to one behaviour consultations.
All of the trainers/behaviourists are fully qualified in their fields of choice and all qualifications satisfy the new Defra requirements of an Ofqual regulated qualification.
On top of this all our trainers/behaviourists are working towards being affiliated with the Animal Behaviour and Training Council (ABTC) which is the only governing body that the RSPCA acknowledges when it comes to finding a behaviour expert.

The owner and founder of Pawtopia has always had a passion for dogs and grew up around dogs throughout his life, so after finishing his career in investment banking, he started looking after dogs on a small scale as well as offering dog walks in 2014 and from here Pawtopia Doggy Day Care & Dog Hotel was established. The business has flourished over the years and won many awards making it one of the top day care centres ion Essex.
Luka owns 2 show type cocker spaniels who help him run doggy day care but more often than not I think they just enjoy having lots of friends to play with every day.

Phoebe is having a pawsome time learning life as a full time day care assistant! She is caring and considerate of others, especially the dogs!
She has always had dogs in her life so working with a whole bunch of them is a dream come true. When she isn’t at Pawtopia she is relaxing at home with her pooches, reading books, watching movies, playing computer games and playing with her musical instruments.
She started off part time in November 2022 but has embraced a full time role since January 2023.
